Safety Coordinators play a vital role in shaping and promoting the company’s safety culture. They are responsible for monitoring safety concerns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting in overseeing subcontractor safety performance. Additionally, they ensure that all work aligns with the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs as well as contract safety specifications. Safety Coordinators regularly conduct jobsite inspections, thoroughly investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. By consistently enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential risks, Safety Coordinators help to maintain a secure and compliant work environment, ensuring the well-being of all personnel on-site. OSHA Instructors at G.A. West are responsible for teaching OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 courses.
